I hired a Luxe brush to wash the north side of my roof, which was considerably darker than the south side, due to years of mold and mildew that had built up on my aging roof. I was a little concerned about the impact of the chemicals used and the potential impact on my foundation plants but was assured that the chemicals used were mild, and would have no impact on the plants. The crew arrived within the stated window of time and the job was done in less than 2 hours. My roof looks considerably better, and the plants were just fine.

I don t normally do this kind of thing but the Lux Brush company is one of the best I have ever worked with. I have owned homes for 50 years and have worked with many contractors. They are excellent. Constant communication while on the job. Problems encountered easily remedied- Hassle free. Your work is not piecemealed out. Their work is first class- outstanding. They also stand by the estimates given at the start of job. I have used different companies in the past. The first time I used Lux brush I will never use anyone else. I have used them again and again. I am not receiving anything for this review. They are just a wonderful company and everyone should know it. Thank you Lux brush. I hope by writing this review doesn t make them too busy so that I can t get them for my needs.
