Excellent experience. He was professional, punctual, and got right to work as soon as he arrived. The installation was completed in a timely manner while keeping attention to detail. Andre was great! He responded to my initial inquiry promptly, was at my house the next day to assess the problem. He is very knowledgeable about appliances, ordered parts, and returned a few days later to correct the problem with my refrigerator. Very professional, was thorough in asking me all the details before coming to the house, ordered the part, and was able to come within a couple of days of my contacting him. His assessment was spot-on and he was able to repair the washer quickly and without difficulty. He also was polite and paid attention to the woodwork and surrounding fixtures to not damage anything else. His price was extremely fair. Definitely will choose him again for other projects.
