I have used Mike's crew for almost a year and my lawn looks great. My grass is healthy and I get many compliments on the appearance of the lawn. Love the reliable service we get from Luxe. I highly recommend them for a well maintained lawn - also love that the service uses pet friendly and natural products! This is a hands on company they don't just spray and bill!

I have been trying to get rid of the weeds in my backyard for years. Without any exaggeration, I have spent several thousands Dollars on different service providers claiming they were going to control the weeds. And everyone of them failed miserably. Great job, very thorough and knowledgable. I used them for an aeration but they were awesome to take extra time and talk about lawn and shrub care while not being the slightest bit pushy about trying to sell me their services. Some day when I start a full lawn/landscape routine I plan to use Luxe Lawnscape.

Mike is very knowledgeable about the biology of the lawn and goes out of his way to explain how the process works. His passion for his business is what drew me in. When someone is proud of their work, I know it will reveal itself in the outcome. I only talked to Mike, never met him, but I liked what he had to say. I'm basing the five stars on customer service as it's premature to rate the the work quality, value, etc., since I just hired him. I feel confident in my 5 star rating.

Just like the other reviewers, Mike took the time, and I mean a lot of time, we've been talking back and forth several conversations at length to really get a strong solid plan to fix my yard issues. He explained everything to the T and when it came time for his technician Rafael, he was on time, did a very thorough job, explained the process to me, was very polite and really great at working with my busy schedule. Mike understands my concerns for my puppy and made sure that everything he's using is safe. I really appreciate his professionalism but also his candor about his company. I think they're very trustworthy and Mike does his due diligence to deliver the best product & service based on each individual's yard/lawn needs. I would definitely recommend them to others, I look forward to seeing my yard turn around in the next several months.
