We initially hired Ryan to try and clean our 20+ year old vinyl lanai furniture that was badly stained. Between elbow grease and power washing the stains came out. While he was here we had him power wash our lanai cage. Excellent! Since he did such a great job we had him repair the drywall where the tape was pulling away from the wall in the corners. He was able to get matching paint. You can't see where it was repaired. From there he patched a hole in our concrete/stucco wall outdoors. Lastly, we hired him to repaint our guest suite, den and laundry room that were in desperate need of an update. As you can see he is a man of many talents. Everything he did was done meticulously and to our great satisfaction. We hate writing such a great review because I am sure he will become very busy and we may have to wait to get him for our next projects. Thanks Ryan.

Ryan was excellent! He did a great job on two apartment units and basically turned them brand new. He has a great work ethic and very detailed in his approach. I would highly recommend him

Ryan Karel is a very dedicated person and worker; He was able to determine the steps needed to modify my existing Pergola to meet code requirement, and follow thru to completion. He has a very creative mind .

Prompt with excellent texting communication. Ryan power washed the efflorescence that was on the concrete perimeter in my garage. He left his fan on overnight to make sure it was completely dry before he sealed it. He came back the following day to hand clean any remaining residue before sealing. Excellent workmanship.

Ryan was very helpful & creative in helping me fix my window & sliding door. I had other handymen tell me they couldn't be fixed but Ryan fixed them & I'm very happy with results. He can do lots of handyman job s & I plan to use him for other projects.
