"Customer chose to add a crawlspace to the floor plan which was not originally specified in the plans. At that time customer was told if we left it as a crawlspace it would save them a few thousand dollars. Customer then decided to fully finish out as a basement and even elected to add a full bathroom which brought the project in considerably over budget. We were in communication with the customers throughput the entire process."
"This customer micro managed the job from day one requesting changes on almost every step of the process. We redrew the floor plan at least 15 times to accommodate his desires then had to move the layout of the house multiple times before we could dig the basement and put footings in. Not to mention that the customer was verbally abusive to his own wife on the jobsite in front of workers."
