They went above and beyond to get my (only) bathroom rebuilt in record time! Everyone was responsive and kind in their communication and did everything they said they would do, and did it very well! Ephi even helped me by speaking to my insurance company directly. Reliable and will be calling them again.

Ephi did my bathroom and kitchen remodel. He was friendly, understanding of my needs, and easy going. Beyond gorgeous finishes and I am still loving and enjoying my new spaces.

I hired this company for a good outdoor renovation of my home in Longwood, subdivision of Bethesda. This has been the worst experience of my life. The contractor is sleazy, incompetent, dishonest, and charming, but do not fall for that. You will regret it. It is a nightmare I know right now we have a case with the MHIC and are requesting a refund for the work that was done. We started the project in October 2018 and today as I write this review on August 29, 2020, that I still outstanding items. We have been through litigation, mediation, and just all fashion discussion with reasonable people. This contractor is the absolute worst and his name is Ephi Zlotnitsky.. He is the owner of Luxmanor LLC Custom Homes. Please stay away if you do not want to wind up in my situation. I regret the day I ever met this contractor. Be aware but if you like risk-taking call him.

We had absolutely a wonderful experience with the Luxmanor building company. Our bathroom and the kitchen were completely demolished due to a very bad water leak. We decided to look for a reliable company through the Home Adviser website. Ephi Zlotnitsky responded immediately. An hour later, he was already at our home to make an estimate. He was professional, courteous and it was immediately clear he knew what he was doing. We received an estimate several hours later. We've done renovations before, but never had such an amazing experience. Because of the water leak, we had to go through our insurance and we had many problems. Ephi took the matter into his hands, dealing with our insurance, taking care of the issue as if we were his own family. The people who work for this company are great; friendly, responsible and very skillful. They always came on time and did great job. Our kitchen and bathroom look great. We are very happy. It is a pleasure to highly recommend this company.
