Alan Luxmore, owner of Luxmore Industries, is a high-end custom home builder and remodeler with 31 years of experience. He has built the company’s reputation on his ability to understand and deliver on every detail of his client’s requests, as proved by long-term client satisfaction. After establishing success with Luxmore Industries in Seattle he took that expertise to California where he became the first and only builder to perfect the 106 hour build on ABC’s “Extreme Makeover Home Edition”. He has, to date, built over 115 homes of which 75 he constructed for deserving families in under one week. Alan works closely with each client to help them make wise decisions during all phases of construction. He prides himself on ensuring his clients enjoy the experience that comes along with upgrading or creating their dream home. Dedication to every client echoes in the mission of Luxmore Industries. Alan did a Kitchen/Family room remodel for us. We got bids from three contractors. Alan's bid was extremely detailed and more importantly incorporated out budget and the specific items we asked about. One contractor came in twice the budget, the other came with vague promises. We were super glad we went with Alan as we did hit several hiccups along the way. When they popped up, he was very communicative and worked on a plan to resolve them. In the end he exceeded our expectation on the work he did. Pictures are before and after including replacing tile with hardwood, bumping out fireplace with surround benches, removing wall in kitchen, replacing cabinets and installing new ventilation. The dining room cabinet under the counter was custom by Alan and incorporated a air return into the base that is invisible. Excellent work all around!

Alan did an incredible job putting in a bathroom in our basement. He is incredibly detail oriented and spent a lot of time making sure every aspect of the bathroom was completed as if it was his own home. Not to mention, he helped us with a few additional projects like patching up a wall and went above and beyond to help when an unexpected pipe started leaking (unrelated to the bathroom project). This was a big project, and we had a tight budget, but Alan was understanding and helped us get as much done as possible, and the bathroom turned out beautifully.

Allen Allen and crew did a fantastic job. totally rebuild a garage wall, replaced rotten window frames, replaced a man door into the garage and made a five lock Secure garage door. And did this impressive skills and was very professional from beginning to end. We also have other jobs scheduled in the future.

Alan did a great job on my bathroom and utility room. He is very detail oriented and makes sure everything is done just right. All this, and he charges a reasonable price. Alan is friendly and professional and always gets back to you when he says he will. I would definitely hire Luxmore Industries again.

Alan treated my home project as if it was his own house during all phases of the project from helping me clarify my requirements to making effective decisions so I can get the most value out of my money without compromising on any of my high priority requirements. I was more than satisfied with the quality and timeliness of his work. Most importantly, what really differentiated Alan was his larger than life personality along with the depth of experience and expertise which made the whole process truly enjoyable for me.

My project included updating 2 bathrooms, installing new flooring and carpeting and structural repair to the exterior of my house. Luxmore Industries was able to tackle all these aspects , including some unexpected structural challenges along the way. I was offered helpful design advice and alternative approaches to keep the project within my budget. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the courteous and thoughtful way the work was completed.
