Installers Anthony and Dylan did a beautiful job. They were very considerate and friendly.

The two technicians, Rob and Will, were very courteous and polite during the installation. They performed the remodeling from start to finish in a very timely fashion, and they kept the entire house from the outside to the inside very clean after the project was complete. They were also very professional and everything was done in a very organized manner. I would definitely request them personally if I have any additional work to be done in my home. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Very poor customer service and dishonest with delivery timelines. This was absolutely the most dishonest customer service I have ever experienced. I rarely write reviews unless I have had an awesome experience and want to praise a business. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review. I have been horribly disappointed I was guaranteed if I chose Luxury Bath over a competitor who had lower costs, they would expedite the work. They are 4 weeks later than the time of promised delivery by competitors-- 5 weeks past their promised delivery date. I had to continuously call them for updates, received not a single email or call once they got my initial. I pray the quality of work is better than the customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Luxury Bath is known for their shower replacements. Our shower never looked better. The only issue I had is with some of the finishing touches with the rest of our bathroom remodel. They swapped out our vanity and did not bother patching the walls before putting in the new one. There was also a minor plumbing issue with our sink. Luxury Bath did come back and address all of our problems on the third go around. The finished product does look great.

I am so glad I hired Luxury Bath NJPA to do bathroom remodel for my bathroom. They did an amazing job. Love the fact the Luxury bath team came on time and cleaned up the area after they were done with the job. Bathroom looks so beautiful now. Thank you Luxury Bath!!

The 3 gentlemen we had to install the new shower were very professional and did a wonderful job.

The salesman verbally was untruthful about something to be done but the workers who came to do the work were exceptional and came out beautiful.

They did not provide quality installation that I had to have them come back to fix a number of items and the non-slip floor is very slippery. They came twice to apply a non-slip application and both times the application was washed away

Our tub to shower conversion work was done on May 8, 2019 by two installers who worked non-stop and provided an excellent new shower as planned by Salesman. They were very professional during their work by putting floor covers down and were very careful removing old tub material to not damage our home. At end of job, they cleaned the entire bathroom and went over a checklist to verify all installation items were completed. Me and wife are very satisfied with our new shower installed by Luxury Bath and we hope to enjoy it for many years. The shower has a 'Life Time' guarantee, which gives a peace of mind. Luxury Bath is truly a professional bath room remodel company that you can trust and they stand behind their work.

We had a bathtub replaced with a shower. It looks just awesome. The workers were very professional and courteous. Hats off to Amanda in the office, Marvin in sales, and all the workers Sergio, Nick, Brian, and Freddy. Our family is very pleased and happy and would recommend your company anytime.

This was the best experience ever. All appts were on time: Jimmy;Sales, Anthony;Project Mgr, Amanda:Office, and the Install crew! Very friendly, professional and proficient! Work was completed in the timeframe quoted, my new walk-in shower is beautiful, and the guys left my bathroom immaculate! Thanks, everyone!!!

We tried to cancel, due to financial problems and they would not let us cancel. They did not even measure yet but kept saying "it was more than 72 hours" and they were forcing the contract.

LuxuryBathNJPA from phone representative to sales up to the Project manager I may say they are all professional and treat you not just a number but you will feel that they treat you as they have known you for a long time. Marvin Moskowitz came in to our house well equipped with knowledge. He represented his company as if he owns it. We need our shower/tub renovated. With Marvin's detailed explanation, samples and their very own nice website where you can customize your design. Marvin was able to create a virtual sample of the Bath/shower we wanted. We are pretty much excited about the MICROBAN part of their products.. Google it you'll be amazed....and they can do it all in ONE DAY!!!. After a week Anthony the operations manager came in to do the measurements. They really are professional to work with, just like the company's name "LuxurybathNJPA" it matches how you are being treated. Another good thing is they have financing available. Now we are just waiting for the actual work to be done. So far so good with all the follow up from them and some minor changes on our end no issues at all. For Sales representation and Customer Service and pricing I give them 5 Star to begin with. Will give another update when the job is done.

I had a shower replaced. Everyone was nice to work with, from Marvin in sales, Amanda in the office and Anthony who came out to measure. The installlers Joe, Steve, Joel and Matt were skilled and dependable. Everything went as planned. I would recommend them and hire them again. I think my new shower looks great.
