"I wish there was a sight to leave reviews for customers. this customer bragged about making everyone who has done work for him do something for free; such as his pool builder or the paver person. we hate that after giving him the job at a cost this is how we were treated. we had the factory call and inform them they were the reason for the delay of materials due to Covid slowdowns and that the LEAD TIMES were forced to be stretched out to 12 weeks in manufacturing. as He knows we are happy to address any concerns he may have. as far as getting a down payment this is normal for cash customers. we should have known this was going to be an issue."
