Luxury Bubbles cleaned our roof on March 11, 2024. They claimed to apply a moss prevention treatment that would last for 12 months, supposedly keeping moss away until March 2025. However, in mid-April, my neighbor pointed out a thick patch of moss on a part of our roof that we can?t easily see ourselves. Clearly, this area was missed during the cleaning or treatment process. I reached out to Jeremy multiple times, and he has not responded at all. The rest of the roof is spotless and moss-free, which tells me this was just a careless oversight?not ?normal moss regrowth? as they seem to suggest by ignoring me. Terrible customer service and poor follow-through. If you?re considering using them?don?t. Go with someone else who actually stands by their work.

Great service. I especially loved the photos during their work showing before and after. However, they left a mess on my back deck probably when they cleaned my gutters. It was several days before I could clean it up and in the meantime my dogs tracked a lot of that dirt into the house. Not happy about that.

The installation team arrived on time and installed the system in the eaves so as to not be visible from the street. They crafted runways when conversing vertical trusts. Everything was done professionally and with high quality materials. The system is operated via an APP on our cell phones. They trained me on how to use it. Easy peasy. They are coming out to wash our solar panels this month.

A crew of three young men came out and did an outstanding job on my home! They worked well to prep one area and work on another. It was all done, quite well, in a very short time. I would definitely recommend Jeremy and Luxury Bubbles LLC.

Super friendly customer service. Worked with Jeremy to get on the schedule. On site - great execution, with outstanding attention to detail. House exterior looked like a new build following pressure wash and Luxury Bubbles TLC. Highly recommend!
