I called, desperately, for window washing, and they got back to us immediately. Because they also clean roofs, skylights, walkways, (and more), we added those and they completed everything that same day. They were very professional.

Luxury Bubbles cleaned our roof on March 11, 2024. They claimed to apply a moss prevention treatment that would last for 12 months, supposedly keeping moss away until March 2025. However, in mid-April, my neighbor pointed out a thick patch of moss on a part of our roof that we can?t easily see ourselves. Clearly, this area was missed during the cleaning or treatment process. I reached out to Jeremy multiple times, and he has not responded at all. The rest of the roof is spotless and moss-free, which tells me this was just a careless oversight?not ?normal moss regrowth? as they seem to suggest by ignoring me. Terrible customer service and poor follow-through. If you?re considering using them?don?t. Go with someone else who actually stands by their work.

The installation team arrived on time and installed the system in the eaves so as to not be visible from the street. They crafted runways when conversing vertical trusts. Everything was done professionally and with high quality materials. The system is operated via an APP on our cell phones. They trained me on how to use it. Easy peasy. They are coming out to wash our solar panels this month.

A crew of three young men came out and did an outstanding job on my home! They worked well to prep one area and work on another. It was all done, quite well, in a very short time. I would definitely recommend Jeremy and Luxury Bubbles LLC.

A little late for the appointment but the work and clean up was great!

Two man crew made quick work of the project, and did an excellent job! I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!

They showed up and worked for 4 hours then left. Said they would return on Saturday to finish. Have not seen our heard from them since. It would be easy to give a bad review but not knowing if something happened I decided only to not recommend this outfit. They cleaned up what mess there was.

First experience is good. Quality is shotty at best. Kids doing the work with no follow thru as maybe company procedures. The person aka Jeremy was pleasant on the phone but ended up with a partner who had no professionalism what so ever. Dealt with Ummm, Hello Was not sure who I was calling. Had to have them come out a couple times and really need them again l. There clean up was terrible but again, kids doing the work. I wish them the best. I would never recommend. I would not recommend!
