Concrete Floor Installation
32x40 pad for a garage. Too short on 2 sides. Out of square.
Promised to backfill over the phone. Didnt.
Was going to buggy the concrete over land. Brought cement truck over. Huge ruts. Mentioned fixing them. Didnt.
Bulled for 6 inch pipe. 3 inch installed.
Will ask you your opinion day of.. even if it is in the quote given.
Failed to knock down both garage doors. They were communicated and present in the plans provided for concrete.
A lot cheaper than other options... but since he's ghosting me on the fixes for the 2nd door. Expect overpromising. Under delivering. And spoken warranty that will not be honored
