Your technician just left, and I was charged $78 instead of the quoted $75. He also stated that the entire ice maker needed to be replaced due to ice buildup, which is incorrect—the issue is only with the freezer bin, and there was no ice buildup. Quoting over $400 for a part that costs about $150 is unreasonable, and it was concerning that he attempted to push an unnecessary and overpriced repair. I’d like this addressed promptly.

I have a Whirlpool Duet Dryer, it was not running but a few seconds and then rest for awhile and repeated the same sequence, I thought that it may have been the heating element. Just to be sure I went to Angi's List and searched for assistance, the first to reply was Luxury Home Appliance Repair. They had some out the same day, after diagnostics, was complete. It turned out to be the motor. Oh no!!!! Well I said let's get it done. The next day service tech returned and got the dryer working and it is like brand new. Thank you Yuri!!!!!!!
