Luxury Kitchen and Bath

I would never recommend this business to anyone. I picked out my granite during the last week in June. The owner knew that time was short for us and that we needed things done quickly. They sent me an estimate where they were charging tax on both the stone and the labor. Another company told me that labor was never taxed. I asked for an adjustment, and the price was reduced a little. I called and told them that I wanted them to do the work, and I was told they needed a check or credit card for 1/2 the amount. The cost would be higher if I used my credit card, so I mailed a check. Several days later, when I called to check on things, I was told they had not received the check. I drove 45 miles to take them another check and requested they let me know when the initial mailed check was received (I have heard nothing about the initial check). They said they would get someone out to the house to do the measurement template the day after the 4th (a Friday)....nothing. I started calling the company on Monday morning and continued on Tuesday. No one answered, and no one returned my call. When I finally got someone on Wednesday, I was told they would send someone out to measure the next day. When the guy arrived to measure, he told me that he would not put granite on the island with a bar overhang unless I had supports added to the island cabinet. I added the supports and sent pictures to the owner on Monday. We heard nothing, so we started calling. It was late Tuesday before anyone answered the phone. The owner had not shown him the pictures. The next morning, I got a phone call, and the installer said he still would not put the granite on the island because he wanted supports from the floor (which he did not tell me initially). I have spent almost 4 weeks waiting on this company. They are unresponsive, unreasonable, and awful to work with!!!!!!!

Excellent communication, awesome selection. Great prices and very professional installation. They really work with you to get your renovations the way you want.
