Luxury lawn never followed up on his original inquiry nor did he return my calls. The lawn never got mowed. The homeowners son mowed it himself in spite of having been injured during football practice.

Used their time well. Polite , tidy ,coming back to check on the job.

These people are prompt and efficient. I had some extra edging to do and they took care of it beautifully. I would freely recommend them to other homeowners !

They were very cordial and showed up ready to work. They replaced Sprinkler heads and installed 3 new ones. They came back in 2 weeks and leveled soil and reseeded. grass still hasn't grown back fully. They are coming back to stain my new fence soon. I asked if they could do fence repair for my sister so we set that job up as well. She was very dissatisfied with their work. The poles they installed did not match the remaining ones, all were different heights, no metal caps were installed, they put short wood braces above the regular braces instead of cutting around the poles and fitting the new brace in with the old brace. I was shocked when she showed me!

Luxury Lawns explained all they would do on this project. Brand new 8 Ft. board on board fence. They do not show on time, they stained Half of my new fence without covering anything; concrete, grass, rocks, or plants. They said the stain was eco-friendly, so they didn't cover anything. I asked if they could cover the concrete driveway (1year old), they forgot their shield. They left before finishing the job. When they returned, late again, it was windy so they didn't want to spray. I told them if they would start earlier, it isn't as windy. They tried to start again but could not match the stain where it had already dried. They told me they would be back in 2 days to pressure wash my driveway to remove the stain, they even painted extra slats in the alley, leaving patterns plus stain. I asked them to wash it down but it didn't work. I didn't want to drive through or have my neighbors drive the stain into the garages. they told me it would absorb into the asphalt, it didn't. they also told me that the line from where they stained and let it dry then finished staining the lower part, would soak in and blend, it did not. They finally came to restain to make it blend, they ran out of stain and did not finish once again! My gate plus 2 other boards were not the same color! I texted this info yesterday afternoon but did not get a reply until 11:00 this morning. They said they had run out of stain and would let me know when they get more. I'm soooo done with this company, I've had to deal with them for 3 weeks and it is still not done to my satisfaction. They power washed my driveway with too much power and put a gouge and brush marks on parts of it , One year old! dead grass which they did offer to reseed, I said no, Ill do it myself, I will also stain the part they left. My new snowball bush covered with stain is dying my new roses are looking better, maybe now I can get over dealing with Luxury Lawns..

Very trustworthy

Representatives of this company were very courteous from the time of their first visit for an estimate to the completion of this small project. They were able to clearly explain what they could do which was very much in line with what I had originally envisioned. I was advised from the very beginning that they were a few weeks out from being able to get to this job. I was very pleased when they called a week prior to when they had estimated they would be able to do the job, stating they would be out the next afternoon to set posts. The finished product exceeds my expectations and will use them later for other jobs.

The work was begun as promised, finished on time and the workers were clearly experienced. We are very happy with the outcome and will use them on later jobs as needed.

Professional, courteous and very competent. We actually replaced our entire fence with a board on board and could not be happier. I have them coming back to create a walkway. I would highly recommend them.
