Excellent workmanship and service for a fair price. The floors look amazing.

They laid carpet and put laminate flooring in the kitchen. They were very nice. This is our third time using Joseph!

Joe installed new hardwood floors. Everything was excellent!

I hired them they se t some kids to do the job it was supposed to take 3 days and that turned into two weeks and the floor still wasnt correct they came out several times to fix the flooring and wasnt until I I threaten lawsuit that they came in and we try to repair they cured and put new trimwork up but when they left I was clean on my bed I saw spots with the top of the flooring is coming off like it was scraped off Iâ ve got flooring is buckling it was supposed to be all one level flooring and I have a wood kitchen floor instead of putting padding to match the floor they put it down and put a threshold their toilet was angled down and threshold is cracking they quoted me one price and then said it was good for a year and then when I called them couple months later they upped the price by $2000 they were very poor work when joe the owner came to look at this these problems he took a piece of extra flooring I hAd left and told me heâ d let me know what he could do to resolve these issues! Well, thats been over six months ago and he has yet to call me! When I call them they either wont answer the phone or blow me off! If I cant get this resolved then my only alternative is to find another way to resolve it! If you are looking for an honest company and a professional job then I would stay away from them! Its just not worth all the headaches they have caused me. Ive had other companies come in and they were amazed at what a poor job they did! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I was so happy with Chris Fleming from Luxury Layouts Flooring as he put me first of all at ease with the pick of my new flooring all the way to the ordering and setting up the installation of the flooring to the workers who did a great job. Most pleased, for sure.

The Salesman, Manager and Installer were all very professional in their efforts to put down a beautiful laminate floor. It took some time, but the end product is beautiful. We went with the Mannington Restoration Collection Chestnut product (not the cheapest), which the installer was very happy to see because the laminate is really first rate. We and our dogs love the floor very much and it seems like it will be easy to care for.

Installed new kitchen they look great and thank ypu very much would recommend them to anyon

They came to our house after hours and brought his samples and measured for the new carpet. We asked them if they were flexible and let us get some touch painting done before they put the carpet down, they said just let them know and they would work with us. Luxury Layout did a wonderful job for a descent price.

I think this business was just getting started. They were a bit overwhelmed. Took a while to get the materials but once available installation was done in a timely manner. Would have liked some follow up from the business just to see how things went. Guess since I didn’t call to complain about anything they figured all was well. Thought they should have followed up on the installation just to check in.

After installation, the tile grout and joints began cracking after approximately one month. They came out 4 or 5 times to repair it and it is still not correct. They refuse to fix it and repair it properly. They want to charge me more money to repair the work. What I once thought was a good company is really only good until they have to correct a mistake, then, they send a person out to the job who has never been involved with the project and he says that he sees nothing wrong and that he doesn't want me to communicate via phone but wants me to send him mail through the US postal service. He wants to charge me money for repairs they are clearly responsible for. There are 3 owners. I have been directly involved with 2 of them. I am so disappointed that they will not make it right. I will have no choice but to take them to small claims court. I will make sure I update this review as we proceed. I would not recommend using this company. The aftermath is not worth it. They cost more than anyone else and now, this is going to cost me more money.

did a very nice job, had to call them back for some very minor adjustments, but was overall very happy with their job and professionalism. Jessie, in particular, was very meticulous and knowledgeable in all aspects of construction,

would recommend them to all friends and family! Joe answers his phone when you call if not he calls back right away.

The carpet on one of my stairs needed replaced. Joe and Joe were able to use a scrap piece of carpet I had to make the repairs. Turned out very nice. Thanks!
