Luxury Maids are wonderful. They arrive on time and are very thorough and efficient.
I have had some unusual circumstances happen over the past 10 years. They are ALWAYS understanding , flexible and accommodating. I highly recommend Luxury Maids.

I am very, very pleased with my experience with Luxury Maids. After meeting with Silvia, the company owner, we decided that I would get a "top to bottom" cleaning, and then bi-weekly service after that. The "top to bottom" cleaning exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend!

I needed someone to help with a move in cleaning and called to speak to Silvia who came out to the house to give me a quote, which was nice. They do flat rates so you don't have to worry about the price shooting sky high if they stay longer. The ladies did a fantastic job!! They cleaned that house top to bottom. They were all also in uniform which was very professional. I will definitely be calling them for any future cleaning that I have done!!

Excellent cleaning - the only problem was they were not absolutely clear on the pricing. Quoted a price, but that turned out to be a range of pricing and that was not disclosed upfront

"House cleaning quotes are done on the apperance of the home when we come in to meet for the first time. There are many factors that would cause the price to either go up or down. These factors are discused with the home owner and the homeowner has the ability to accept or turn down the price for cleaning. In this case, it our fault and we commited to the price quoted."

Silvia was very professional and up-front about the quality and the price for an entire "overhaul". She and I agreed on the day and time of the initial service - a Sunday, which was great. I had something come up, and needed one of the bathrooms to be done sooner than expected, I called her, she was here that very day! Her crew still came in as planned the Sunday we agreed on, and did a phenomenal job.

I was courted for a position in WPB, offered a house in Jupiter Inlet Colony (near the beach with a pool and a sizable salary. When I got to the house it was infested and filthy. Nobody had lived in it for a year. The owner's maid came by for a surface cleaning. I still needed a down and dirty cleaning. The house was treated twice and the bugs were dying. Sylvia's crew came in and cleaned it up! I was able to actually feel safe placing my things on the counters and in the closets. They were wonderful. Thank you Sylvia. The first initial meeting with Silvia sold me on Luxury Maids. She was on time and professional from our first consultation. We are two very busy professionals that always on the road and hardly home and it's tough for us to coordinate our schedules with that of a cleaning professional. We felt so comfortable and confident with Silvia on our first meeting that we gave her a key to our home. I also appreciate that we can communicate with Silvia via email in respects to anything special we may down at the house from one week to the next. She really respects how valuable our time is.

Luxury Maids had respect and good work ethics. They did some cleaning that I never expected them to do and they did it well. The owner and employee that came to our home were very nice people and very helpful, also they are very dog friendly and this is important to us. After meeting with us they sat down and greeted the dogs for a few minutes and after that the dogs just followed them a little or just laid down and slept. So far, I would recommend them to friends. I'm hoping that this works out for quite a while.
