They came out around the beginning of July, said they could repair a broken window blind, took the blind with them for that purpose, and apparently dropped off the face of the earth. I have tried many times to reach them and my calls are always ignored. I have had friends call them so the call would come from a different number, and sure enough, they do answer those initial calls. So, they are definitely ignoring me personally. I even went ahead and travelled to their published location but it is actually a closed store front. This is not a legitimate company and they have basically stolen my blind from me. I have gotten a quote to replace the blind, from a different company, for $400. I am hoping that raising this complaint, at the end of October, will prompt them to finally return the blind to me.

I paid for a service and now they are refusing to take my phone calls.

He came out measured, ordered the parts came back to install shade parts and a new cord. Accidentally broke new cord and had to reorder the cord. Has never shown back up! He does not answer his calls or texts. It been over a month. The job is still not complete!!! Very frustrated!!!

The employee was very professional and he worked until he found the problem and fixed it.

Rodriguez was excellent. He took his time and was able to make the repairs that were necessary to my broken Roman shade pulls. Hee repaired two shades, I would recommend him and his company without hesitation.

Responded quickly when making an order, received the deposit for me, but not deliver and he does not respond to any e-mail inquiries or phone calls.
