Jeremy came out and evaluated our crawspace. He recommended using a dehumidifier to dry out the crawspace prior to beginning the work. The work started and finished on time, the area was left clean and neat. The quality of workmanship surpassed my expectations. I have stayed in touch with Jeremy since completion and he has been just as helpful as he was before the job was completed.

I highly recommend LES. My family had been experiencing severe respiratory symptoms on a constant basis and had noticed a "musty" smell coming through our floor vents. Jeremy came out and collected mold spore samples in less than 24 hrs after I contacted him. He found very high levels of mold in our crawlspace and ductwork. He completed the remediation project without us paying him a penny up front and said his top priority was my family's health (especially my infant son, who had been exposed to the mold since birth). I am so thankful I chose LES for my home. He is very honest and sincere and got the job done in less than 3 days!
