Everything went wrong on this move. The young men working the move did not have the experience! They broke so many of my things and thats just the start. They kept leaving my things behind and it took them 3 trips. Missing many items including my priceless trumpet. Many items were broken, including antiques, vintage, and collectibles that cannot be replaced. I asked the owner for her insurance information multiple times so I could file a claim and she refused to give it to me. The 3rd trip to bring more of my things they missed, the guy acted like he was high on some kind of drugs. Broken TV, multiple scratches on my furniture and appliances they refused to deal with. The reason they have insurance is for things like this. Really bad business to refuse to give insurance information. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

The men had rented a dolly and did not seem to know how to work it. I had to lend them tools to get the work done. I got the impression they had very little experience.

They are helpful and complete the work within time without dragging for overtime

I called them on short notice after a bad problem with another mover. They were better priced. They gave me an estimated arrival time and were there. They came in wrapped and moved the apartment quickly. Their pricing was very affordable. Ms Batina Jones was very helpful. There was no hidden fees and she explained the pricing upfront and that was what was billed.
