We hired Lykos to finish our upstairs room that I had gutted down to the beams. Lykos installed new insullation, drywall, closets, subfloor and laminate flooring. Their work was excellent. They provided us with a formal itemized estimate on the work to be performed along with a schedule before the work started and updated us as the work progressed. We cannot be happier with the results. We will definitely hire them again for any further home improvement projects. THANKS!!!

Great work, neat, cleans up everyday, comes when he promises, never misses a day. Steve is remodeling the basement and it's shaping up to look like something out of HGTV! We have hired a lot of works throught he years and never had such a stress free experience and professional person, ever. Great job Steve!

Steve was a gret help Did a multitude of jobs. First called for painting and bathroom renovtion but he discovered mold in walls of laundry room and small bathroom Had to knock down walls and clean mold and rebuild walls in laundry room and small bathroom Also completely updated large bahroom (tub, sink tiles, etc ). Took up rugs, put down new flooring Many other chores which he did with a very pleasant manner. Nice person

Steve came to fix the leaking window very quickly. The cost was less than what he had originally quoted. Granted, we haven't had too much rain since then to verify that everything has been fixed, but he even called to follow up on the repair. Great work Steve!

The contractor came to work as scheduled. I already knew what type of fence I wanted so he measured the property and took pictures. He and the team completed the job as scheduled and it looked really nice.

Very professional and courteous. Steven came to see the project and gave me a very fair price. He and his partner started and finished it in the same night. They came back the following night to adjust some drawers and before leaving took all the boxes down and out to the front of my house for garbage pick up the next day. I will recommend Steven to anyone I know who needs a handyman in a New York minute!!!
