We are a family owned and operated company. In 2011 Marty Sr founded LynnAlan Carpentry with his wife Linda. Shortly after inception, their oldest son Corey joined the company. In 2017, Marty Jr came on board and created LynnAlan Construction. Jrs vision for the future didnt want our name to limit us to just carpentry, but to include all phases of construction.

They started & finished the job when they said they would. They did everything that they said they would. They knew what they were doing & did good work. They left the job site cleaner than they found it. They charged me exactly what I was quoted. I don't know how you can beat that.

They were very pleasant both on the phone and in person. Their response to emails and phone calls was very poor. They either took days or did not respond at all. I was very disappointed because I liked them and thought I could continue to do projects with them.

My complete condo renovation came out amazing. Beyond happy with the result. This family-owned business is honest, hardworking, trustworthy, and quick to respond. They helped me beyond the scope of my contract. I would certainly recommend them.

They were always on time. Work site was cleaned and orderly at the end of every day. Even the building inspector complemented them on a job well done. They did a beautiful job of replacing an existing deck. I could not be happier.

Great job from start to finish. Reliable, dependable and honest. Showed up on time, went the extra mile to finish the work. Martin thoroughly explained the project process. I had a leak they showed up within the hour to fix it. Very professional, caring family. I would highly recommend them. They are great people. God bless them😊

Marty was outstanding! He was easy to work with, price was fair, repairs were on schedule, and work look a great! I will be hiring them in the future to build a 4th bedroom!

They are professional and prompt. We hired them to replace a second story deck (a big project still in process), and they have been wonderful. I highly recommend this company. They are honest, reliable, and do an excellent job.
