The helpers were very timely but had a few spars between themselves about packing. When I arrived at my destination, my grandfather clock was in 10 pieces, and a statue that had been packed punched a large hole in the side of my sofa. I have contacted by phone the gentleman who set this up and he has never answered my calls or called me back to let me know if there is insurance for damages. The damage was due to the manner of packing.

I hired them to move furniture out of a uhaul and into storage for my parents. They were there on time, friendly, and got it done within time frame quoted

All bad reviews on here were done when this company was owned by different people. OUTSTANDING JOB BY THESE GUYS!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

No communication. Furniture picked up on June 12. It is June 24 and still no shipment. Was informed that the driver had been delayed. No shipment date yet. They refused to take my grill and it had no propane. They damaged my mailbox and my neighbors yard with the moving truck. Two of the movers stated they could not drive across state lines due to criminal records while packing my furniture. The packers and movers were slow and unprofessional. They stated they had a high turnover. They were inexperienced in packing glass furniture because they stated that they were not sure how to pack it. I have not got my shipment yet. I do not know what to expect regarding a date that it will arrive or what kind of condition it will be in. This has been a nightmare. I have moved over 20 times and this has been the first time that anything like this has happened. I would not refer this company. I am not sure I can trust Home Advisor again.

We had a great team that helped us with our upcoming PCS out of state. The 3 wonderful crew members we had were: Kaleb Bragg, Heath Williams, and Dillon Sneed. We would HIGHLY recommend them !!

Worst movers ever. I rue the day I hired them. Arrived 4 hours late on packing day. Arrived 2 days late at the destination. They disassembled several things that should not have been disassembled. Promised me they would assemble everything at the destination. Well, after 1.5 days of unpacking, about 80% was still disassembled. It was late on unpacking day 2 (they showed up 5 hours late on unpacking day 2) the movers left, never to be seen again. I had to hire another company to help me assemble everything That included a piano that they left strapped to a post in my new house. Their VP lied to me repeatedly over the phone, saying they were coming back to complete the job. After 3 days of living with disassembled furniture, I broke down and called the other company to complete the job. The VP refused to give me a credit. I can not recall ever dealing with a more unreliable, dishonest company. Please please please stay away!

Do not use this company. They lost lamps/boxes, damaged furniture, lost parts to assemble furniture. Did not properly wrap couches/mattresses/fabric headboards so they were damaged and filthy. Did not do good on repairing fixing. Still trying to get my things replaced/repaired two months later.

So far we have been very disappointed in the customer service. We employed Lynn Movers to store framed artwork for a customer so that their offices could be remodeled. They have LOST the artwork ... took a lawyer getting involved to get the truth. VERY disappointed.

1. Scheduled for 9-11 am showtime, did not show until 6:30 pm. 2. Due to rain, the pro team leader, Dakoda, suggested they come back the next day at 9:30 am to move what they said would take 30 minutes to pack out a limited number of furniture. They did not show up until 2:15 pm. Had to get a hotel room for the family as the result of agreeing to the 9:30 pickup. 3. Damaged wood furniture when they placed bedroom pieces on its side and shoved them into the shipping crate wood flooring. This resulted in chipping wood off furniture. 4. Not properly equipped with tools to disassemble tv from tv stand. Movers had to leave the site to get a screwdriver from another moving team. Did not reassemble tv to tv stand at a new location because he had to return screwdriver to its owner before leaving pick up site. 5. Ask to borrow my personal dolly to move heavier furniture. 6. Told me that would meet me at a new location in about 1 hour; showed up 2 hours later. 7. Pro lead man, Dakoda saw returning from around the corner of building zipping up his pants and buckling his belt. Was afraid to go check out if he urinated or defecated behind the building. 8.Dokoda male assistant seemed more knowledgeable on how to navigate furniture in and around home hallways. Perhaps this gentleman should get a chance to lead a moving team that can be on time, have the right equipment, and moves property with more care. 9. Having served in the U.S. military for 30 years, I have moved across continents and within the U.S. numerous times. This move was the smallest (quantity) move for me. I even had them leave the washer/dryer behind to avoid potential damage and help expedite this move. 10. Based on my personal experiences and observations, I do not recommend hiring this pro.

A big shout out to Dave and his crew, Robbie, Scott, Jimmy, Kevin and Kenny. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. I ve never had a moving company wrap my wooden furniture and TV s. Yes, I ve found a few scratches, but that s to be expected. No actual damage of any kind. Plus, the guys were fun to deal with. Great personalities. Hopefully, this is my last move until they carry me out in a box, but if not, I will use them again.

Terrible movers. Late , lazy, dishonest. Overcharged estimate by over 20 percent, 5 pages of broken and lost items so far. Unresponsive to concerns. Dont return phone calls. I had to get a lawyer involved.

They were very helpful, professional and went the extra mile to protect my furniture & things. They were friendly and considerate.
