Lynn contacted me immediately and was able to schedule to come out the next day. He was able to fix the problem efficiently and in the time frame he estimated.

He didn't put any plastic down to catch the drywall dust or the paper insulation that was in my attic space. He didn't measure the hole andthat caused problems with the outlet not being square. That to install the vent and ended up bending and denting the aluminum vent. I had to force him to replace. When I talked to him about the installation he made the vent tube out of insulation. I believed firm panel , styrofoam type. The roll insulation immediately started to sag and he used my tape to hold it up. It has continuously gotten worse by sagging and preventing closure of the vent. I also spent weeks cleaning up inside house and garage.

His rates were rather expensive and infact he was not my first choice for the job. However, he called me on several occasions and lowered his price after which I hired him for the electrical repairs of my wall adapters. He was very knowledgeable and worked quite fast. He was punctual and glad for having been selected to perform the repairs.

Lynn Thompson did a great job on replacing the chandelier, he also installed a ceiling fan for us he forgot to install a few items but over all did a good job. He also helped us find switches that were having electrical problems that we didn't even notice.

Very professional. He was very thorough in his work and in his estimate. He was the only contractor who actually crawled into our crawl space so he could accurately give us an estimate. He was slightly more expensive than the others but well worth it. Highly recommended!
