DJ and his team were prompt and thorough. He goes above and beyond to do everything he can to get a thorough inspection of the home. DJ was available for questions and referred me to the necessary professional to help answer my question. I'm surprised to see a negative review as I had the exact opposite experience. I think people forget that an Inspector can not see everything within a home especially if it is filled with personal property of the seller, as legally they can not move it. I as the buyer, learned to ask a seller to move there belongings so we can see an adequate picture of the home I was purchasing.

Relied on this home inspection way to much since I didn't have access to the home before purchase. Found out within 2 weeks of buying the home that it needed upwards of 20K worth of repairs that should've been listed on the report. Very unhappy and the contractors I've had out to the home have said over and over again that I did NOT get my money's worth. I would go to someone way more thorough if you are considering buying a home.
