Mike is a great young man. We have a heat pump system ..........the Air side was working fine but the heat side would not come on. After an extensive check, Mike determined the the thermostat itself was the culprit. A 20 minute thermostat replacement solved the issue. Definitely 5 Stars.

Great customer service and reasonable price. They installed two mini splits in my cabin in Sautee Nacoochee. They came out when promised and had the work completed the same day. Mike called a couple of days later to check and see if I had any questions and how I like the mini splits. I had a few questions which he answered. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC work.

Mike and his crew installed a ducted mini-split at my cabin which was new construction. During the install they had great communication and got the job done on time. Overall, it was a pleasure working with them and in the end they did a fantastic job. If you're looking for great customer service at a fair price, they are your go to HVAC guys.

Technician was so rude.

Immediate response; arrived when they said they would; very friendly & respectful; listened carefully to explanation of the problem; investigated thoroughly; added coolant to the AC. Called the same evening & came back after doing additional research with a fellow seasoned professional; re-investigated problem and showed me the results, explaining what they meant on the meter, and actually removed some coolant because an "overcharged" system could be problematic, thereby reducing my bill. You can't ask for better service than that! Thank you, Mike & team! Can't wait to get the refrigerator magnet so that your name & number will always be handy.

Mike came our when he said he would. He gave a fair estimate and we immediately hired him. He came with all the equipment on Friday afternoon and put one of the mini splits in. He and his worker were professional, did a fantastic job, and made sure it was superior in hiding the wires! He came on Sunday to put in the second one. Again professsional, neat, and left the cabin looking better than it was. His crew were also very professional. Highly recommend him!
