Storm Windows - Install or Replace
He Franklin was a very nice person, but he is not very prompt and does not like to communicate very well with his people when something comes about, we actually had to hire other people to come in and put the windows up, to finish his job none of the windows were installed we installed most of them the contractors that were building on the other side of our house were nice enough to install the rest of them, he the people he had working for him were very dangerous constantly when they were taking down our storm windows they were dropping the storm windows on the ground and smashing them everywhere just very dissatisfied with this company

"These things kind of happen when a close family member DIES! I did communicate very frequently with this customer. However when the last living sibling of my dear Mother has a major heart attack and DIES during surgery recovery, it makes it kind of difficult to finish a job."

Very patient with our large group. Prompt. Receptive to our suggestions and took great pictures. Disappointed that there were not more poses to choose from but over-all very happy with our experience with M2 Studios.

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch - Clean and Seal
NEVER AGAIN! We hired Mr. Myrick to clean and seal our deck & pressure wash the front of our house. Not only was he late, but after a few hours of cleaning our 12 x 15 deck, taking frequent breaks and complaining how hard it was to clean, he told us he was out of cleaning fluid and was going to have to leave and come back in a few days to finish the job. Well, its three weeks later and not only has he not been back, but when he�s not avoiding our phone calls, he sets up times to finish the work only to not show up or call. We stupidly paid him a sum towards all of the completed work and even worse the deck isn�t clean enough to be sealed!
