Straightforward, got to the problem right away, very quick,and efficient. He's a military veteran and I am too so I liked that.

He was on time, and courteous. He finished the work and knew how to install the light fixture. However, he did not take care in protecting our hard wood floors and left MANY deep scratches on them.
