The owner of the company couldn't make his appt. because his truck over heated. 2 days later he showed up. He found where the water was leaking, and turned off the water to the refrigerator. He said that he would return with the part to fix it. 2 days later he called and left a message with a web site so we could find the part. We do not even know what to look for. We went back and forth on the phone. Asking him to tell me what part I'm looking for. We now have a broken refrigerator with no water and we are out 95 dollars. If you need an appliance fixed, do not call M4 appliance repair. We feel like we have been robbed.

My range self cleaning oven doesn't work & he said I would need a new 'motherboard', which would cost $300 to purchase and install. Mike did clean the ice out of the bottom of my freezer and unplug the drain. I will be purchasing a new range, as the rest of the 'motherboard' could fail!

Mike did a great job fixing my refrigerator/freezer. I was relieved it did not cost as much as we first thought. He worked and worked until he was able to clear all the ice, which was causing a problem and then made sure the defrost tubing was clear and functioning as it should. Thanks Mike. I will call Mike again if I have an appliance repair need.

mike was very nice and efficient. We called him to fix our dishwasher , which wasn't draining properly. He found the problem very quickly and fixed it. I do feel, however being charged $95.00 for 5 min. work is a bit excessive.

Mike was AWESOME!! He diagnosed the problem and then after speaking with him for awhile, he suggested to check Home Depot where we got the washer to see if they would have our record of purchase to see if we did buy a warranty. We couldn't find our paperwork originally. He said, if we didnt have a warranty he would order the part but he wanted to make sure we didn't have a warranty. We checked with Home Depot and they found our records and warranty!!! Even Home Depot said, "you really found a good repairman in Mike." It is so refreshing to see honesty at work in a corrupt world. Thanks Mike!!!

He was prompt and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly. Our fridge went out and he worked us into his schedule immediately because we didn't have a backup fridge. Really pleased with everything about this experience.

Good work. He replaced a part on my washing machine promptly and everything is working fine. I was a little disheartened with his fee, but I suppose I would have had to pay anyone else the same or more. I would call him again if I need to.

"I had to go from reno to dayton 3 times becuase customer changed mind twice. The customer did not add 2 1/2 hrsof drive time or gas. I am really fair give me a try and you will see."

A senior discount would have been appreciated. Repair was only to tighten hose connection on back of washer.. Being 86 yrs. I couldn't budge machine to reach back there myself. Plus side, he was polite and replied to call promptly.. There's nothing like a leak that gets attention!

Mike sure seemed to know what he was doing, even in the face of functions for my microwave switching to other places on the screen. He finally waved his magic wand and it all worked again! His price was very reasonable, too. I'd call him again in a minute!!

Repair person had no idea what he was doing, Brought wrong part, had to return it and overnight correct part, at my expense. Hot water working correctly in kitchen sink till he turned off water to fix dishwasher. Spent hours working on fixing it, Never did. Left for the weekend stating he would call the next day. Never did. All started on Wednesday one week. On Wednesday the next I finally called a plumber to fix water issue. Called this person and he flat told me "he was done with us. He didn't do anything wrong, and hung up on me."

"above review is a flat lie.I was paid for the job in full because what I repaired worked.the bad review does not mention they have had a couple of repairs on thier sink and faucet. the customer was trying to pass an existing problem onto me."
