Hired them for 5 small projects around the house and was excited to have a veteran-owned company provide service. They showed up 3 hours late, left for 2 hours in between, and made a 1-day service turn into several days work. They showed up hours late the next day, as well. One of the workers had (admittedly) NO experience, but for some reason was the only one doing the work? He completely flooded our bathroom, due to his supervisor not checking over his work. Water was running through the walls/ceiling and down to the basement. Upon noticing this, they left, saying they would come back the next day, leaving their taco johns trash, water on the floor/running down the walls, and pee in the toilet. The **end** of day 2, they had finished 1 project, **tinkered** around with the 2nd, and then let us know they had no intention of starting the others (had not even bought the parts). To top it off, they charged MORE than the quote for 5 projects. Practically paid them to get out of the house and stop breaking more of our things.

He was on time, the job was completed quickly, They do very professional work. My issue is the base rate, 350 dollars is a little high.

Clif was very professional, efficient and cost effective! Will hire again if we have a project!

He was quick to respond and quick to come over to take a look at my water heater, which needed to be replaced. Had it all done within a couple of hours!! So grateful! Great customer service!

they done a very great job

These guys were AMAZING! Showed up right on time, gave me a run-through on what they would be doing, and got right to it. Great attitudes, very friendly, very well priced, and very knowledgeable. They even took the time to answer a few questions about other plumbing issues in my house, and went above and beyond for us. I will be using them for any and all plumbing projects in the future. We highly recommend them based on our experience!

Great service, came out on New Yearâ s Eve and finished the job quick, and gave me a lot of extra helpful information.
