Very mixed reviews for Alex Tatua and Clarence Pascua. Their bid was great and the salesmanship was convincing. Communication during the project was alright except around the budget. This was opaque, and resulted in several contentious meetings. They did step up when our basement flooded at the end of the project, but they told us not to worry about basement flooding at the start of the project, soâ ¦ Two months after the project ended, paint started peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom they installed. Weâ ve been asking for months for them to come and repair, and they wonâ t. Other concerns: They changed our architectâ s plans without consulting us. Blamed us for faulty measurements on kitchen counters they provided, resulting in purchase of new countertop. Failed to install plastic curtains at start of project separating portion of house being demoed from the part we were hoping to still use. Took 6 months on a 3 month timeline and we wouldnâ t see them for a week at a time. Weâ d make a punch list, just to point out the same things at the next project review. That being said, they are both kind people, and we probably got a deal comparing the work they did from the original bid, but we could never tell based on the opaque communications about the budget. If you can afford someone else, donâ t use these guys.

They were fast, professional, and clean, offered excellent rates, and I would give them more stars if I could. They did an entire remodel while I was still living in the house, and I would highly recommend them!
