First he came right over on a Sunday. Second he didn’t have the part. He went all the way home and came back within a hours. Fixed the garage door opener in 15 minutes. Showed me how to open door without electricity. Very nice gentleman.

Lightning strike took out opener control board. Showed up exactly as expected. Analyzed the problem, and provided three options for the repair. Chose to replace the control board. Mario came over quickly to check my broken garage door. He had to go to a warehouse in Maryland and Virginia for the replacement panels, but he was happy to accommodate me. I was very pleased with his work, and he was very nice to work with. He completed the job as quickly as he was able. (We were in the process of selling our house, with the closing scheduled, and thankfully, he was able to get the replacement parts and install them a day before the closing.) I was very satisfied with MAC Garage Doors, and would definitely recommend Mario to others. If I ever need help with my garage in our new home, I will certainly call Mario.

First of all he was on the phone with me before I logged out of Home Advisor. Secondly, he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Last of all was the prompt repair. He said it would take 20 mins. and he was done well before that time. This is the second time we've had him here for garage door repair and both have been excellent experiences.
