We recently had heat pump mini-splits installed by Made Simple, and our experience was outstanding. We interviewed eight different contractors, and Cesar’s quote is excellent. He also provided various financing options, including zero-interest rate loans and additional discounts for paying by credit card or check. Unlike others, he didn't try to upsell unnecessary services or equipment and patiently answered our countless questions. Servando and his team were exemplary in their work ethic. They always arrived on time and kept our house clean throughout the installation. Everyone was polite and professional. They even recorded the entire installation process, ensuring complete transparency and allowing us to see exactly what was done. The pricing was reasonable and transparent, with no hidden costs. Cesar and Servando are both very responsible and genuine people to work with. I feel the quality of their service and the installation process far exceeded the price I paid. We were referred by a friend and are thrilled with the results. We will definitely recommend Made Simple to others!

We were really impressed with the professionalism, business acumen, attention to detail and dedication of the team at Made Simple. Rafe came out to provide a quote and performed an inspection so thorough of our system and the work that would need to be done (compared to other vendors) that we knew we wanted to work with him from the get go. The quote provided was competitive and we even sent a couple of rival quotes and Rafe explained how theirs was more advantageous. The installation team was efficient, friendly and did an amazing job. The work went over a bit due to oversights but Rafe and his colleagues handled everything very professionally. We also did permitting through them which is a process in San Francisco and they were patient and helpful throughout. We need to do more HVAC work in the near future and I hope we can work with them again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an HVAC solution and values experts who will provide an honest opinion on options.

Servando and his team are top flight, pro-level work. We bought a house only to find the furnace was 20+ years old(!) with no a.c. Servando surveyed the space, recommended some great options and within days we had a brand new system silently flowing out cool air. He proved his professionalism by having us up and running the same day, even though he needed to go all the way to Dublin to get the part.
