Very responsive. Called immediately upon my first inquiry. Seems to understand good customer service. Called to explain first visit delay. Answered many questions we had before agreeing to hire him. Price was exceedingly competitive. Range of services offered was comprehensive. Offered to do only the work my lawn needed.
