took our sketches and had a set of plans quick! a few adjustments and we had the perfect home me and my wife have been dreaming of!

Great to work with in the beginning. Once I started asking questions about previous work or to provide me references or direct contacts is when things went south. There are endless amount of changes you can make prior to the final set. We were going back and forth with changes. Once he started ghosting me he then sent me a final invoice stating any other changes made further will be billed hourly (and wouldn't be made until I paid the final invoice). At no point was it communicated that we were at a "final drawing". I would email / call / text numerous times to try to figure out this miscommunication and Henry blatantly ignored them all and would email once a week and threatened a 25% late fee and to put a lien on the property. Wish I would have caught the red flags earlier on. Just tread lightly and beware!!

MAG design is a top notch company !!!! I had started my design with another company and after a month things fell through and I had to start over. Henry at MAG took my ideas and quickly had a set of prints and a rendering for me to look at so I could see the concept. A few tweaks and couple days later we had a finalized drawing and full set of prints to start my build. Can't thank them enough for the quick response to my situation and amazing ideas that made it all come together.

MAG Design & Contracting LLC is the real deal. I would recommend them to anyone who is designing their home. Great at making recommendations and very good at communicating throughout the process. 5 stars.

Beware. I hired MAG Design and Contracting to draw up blueprints of a floor plan I already had drawn up with a maximum of 1600 square feet, what a mistake. Everything started out good. Henry, from MAG, was so accommodating, responded quickly to my text and emails, and got me to trust him. Then, once I submitted full payment, $1,800.00, Henry stopped responding to my text. Because of this, I started to think I had been scammed. So I emailed Henry stating I was going to contact my Credit Union to report suspected fraud and of course he responded to that email right away. I received a pdf of the blueprints about a week later. Henry had made the final revisions except for square footage was not 1600, it is 1991 square feet. He refuses to make the changes without additional cost because of the email I sent suspecting him of fraud, He said he will not deal with name calling, he is not Walmart. What? I do not understand why he added all that square footage in the first place when that is not what I asked for. Now I have blueprints I cannot use, I am out $1800.00 and I have contacted an attorney.

They made the home of my dreams for me! Never thought I could get the results I did but luckily I reached out to the right group! Give stars would recommend to anyone!

Henry at MAG Design & Contracting. Offered many solutions to the approach to my 2 story with a basement remodel. He offer construction documents and 3D renderings that produced an accurate building. While leaving the managing of the project to MAG Design & Contracting. The process of creating my dreams into reality. I give them 5 Stars!!!
