The man came that I hired never came to do the work he sent others they destroyed my floors came 2 times sanded 2 times and still no acceptable not only that they left the Sander in my house and it caught on fire at 11:30 pm all my alarms went off And now I had to hire another company they never gave me any money back I had to pay the new company I would like a refund they did some of the worst work I have ever seen I have all the pics of the mess they made and the new pics of how the work looks now after I hired a new company

"Hi Deborah, We are sorry you feel that way. As a small business our aim is to provide high quality work and to build lasting relationship with our customers. Like I have tried many times to tell you. We do not subcontract our work. I personally came to your house more than 4 times for quality control. I explained to you that your floor needed a lot work based on its state, and we could not guaranteed to fully renovate the floor. After all, floor refinishing is not new floor installation. We have experts flooring tech staff to do the work, I am not sure if you wanted me to do the job. I am a sales specialist. We have posted the work we have done to your floor in our Instagram and Facebook page. We regretted that we were not able to match your expectations. We did request to you to comeback a third time to do it until you are completely satisfied, in which you insulted us and vehemently declined. You asked for a refund which we agreed despite working more than 2 weeks on your floor and more than 400 man labor hours. You still went to report us to dispute the transactions as theft. We regretted the experience, and wished it was better one for both us."
