Andy came exactly on time and spent an hour and forty-five minutes doing a very thorough inspection of the elevator. He was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I feel great knowing our elevator is safe. He also showed me how to manually get out of the elevator if there every is a need. I definitely recommend him and his company.

I was very pleased with the quickness of appointment setup. This may not happen every time since this is my first; I had someone hear to look at my unit within 3 hours or less. I may not should do this but, David did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Pricing was surprising (positive). Thank Majestic Oaks Holding.
