I was able to get a quote sent to me quickly and answered all follow up questions to be able to compare the three quotes. Workers showed up on time and project was completed on time as promised.

The owner asked the right questions. He understood what I wanted to do and gave me a good price. He arrived on time and his workers are professionals. They know how to doe the job. Before they left this afternoon, all was cleaned up. Martin (owne) went beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The work was great and completed on time as discussed. Received an electronic quote and invoice for my records. The crew was cordial and on time every day. Was best-priced quote I received and the most professional. Price was great and timeline met our needs. When we did the walkthrough prior to work getting started I was informed there wasn't a stain/color in the existing concrete. We didn't add stain/color to new concrete but there is a difference in color. I hope this changes with time but overall the concrete looks great. Just wish it matched better with my existing concrete.

Martin listened carefully to our planned project, and offered helpful and practical suggestions. He and his crew were punctual, professional and,expe rienced in their craft. They did a great job at a good value. We would hire them again.

They showed up when the said they would and came everyday until the work was finished. They were polite and respectful of us and our property. Would hire them again!

Very fast response, super nice to work with, honest and friendly advice... I had a really small job (sidewalk section) but they were able to fit it in between bigger jobs. This is a good method of backlog management to keep idle time to a minimum. Worked out for me. The work is very nice. They used real rebar (not mesh wire) in the sidewalk, and a rolled-on salt finish to match existing work. The concrete does have a different color from the original, but I knew there was a risk (and was so informed). Not a problem. The whole job was done really fast, the finish is neat and tidy, and they cleaned up the site as if nobody had worked there.

Work was punctual and cost effective.

The contractor is very easy to work with, he understand what you want and gives you exactly what you want. His work crew was really hard workers, came and done what they had to do, that's why I gave them a thumps up five star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys did exactly what I wanted. They did it on time and cleaned up everything as they should have. I would recommend them to every one. I will have them do a little more work as soon as I can afford it.

I would hire Martin again, in a heartbeat. His crew was courteous, hardworking and very consciousness. They did what was requested, stayed with the job until it was completed, and they were respectful of my many plants. He completed the job when he said he would, and even came back to help us move our plants, (in heavy planters) back again. You won't go wrong hiring Martin and his crew.

Can't say enough about Martin and his crew. From day one they were very courteous and attentive. Great communication throughout the entire process of completing our patio. We look firward to working with M&A Maintenance again.
