Manifest Construction Inc.

Manifest Construction did a fabulous job on our kitchen. It looks so fresh and updated. I love it!

The team did an excellent job with their quality, creativity, efficiency and stayed on schedule with their projected time line.

Proactive process from planning through finish and even follow up work a year later. I'd hire this team again!

I had a really good experience working with Manifest Construction. Joshua was our main contractor, and he was very professional, easy to communicate with, and great to work with throughout the project. What I appreciated most about Joshua was how flexible and accommodating he was, especially when it came to change orders. Anyone who has gone through construction knows that things don’t always go exactly as planned, but Joshua always did his best to make things work. He was patient, listened to what we wanted, and helped find solutions instead of making things complicated. He made the whole process a lot less stressful, and I really appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to work with us. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Joshua and Manifest Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and easygoing contractor. We would absolutely work with him again!

Entire job was efficient and on time from start to finish, all questions that arose were answered right then and there customer service gets a 5 star rating top quality service. Will definitely hire Manifest Construction for any future projects a top quality contractor.

We’ve used Manifest Construction for two very different projects, and we couldn’t be happier with both experiences. The first was a repipe, replacing our old cast-iron plumbing with PEX. About 7 years later, we’ve had no problems. More recently, they completed a full bathroom remodel, tearing everything down and modernizing our walk-in shower and vanity. We’re thrilled with how it turned out. On both projects, we really appreciated their quality workmanship, honesty, fair pricing, and how clean they kept the work area. It’s hard to find a contractor you can trust, so knowing we can count on Manifest Construction has taken a huge weight off our shoulders. Thank you for the great work! We highly recommend them.

Josh at Manifest did an absolute outstanding job from start to finish! Communication was top-tier throughout the entire process. The quality of work was extremely clean, professional, and the final results speak for themselves. Most importantly, my wife absolutely loves her new kitchen. I would recommend Manifest without hesitation and look forward to working with Josh and his team on our future renovation projects!

Top notch work at a very reasonable price. On time and on budget. I highly recommend Josh and his team.

Manifest construction did an amazing job on our office kitchen counters. They also resealed our rooftop in our other office. They were very efficient and professional

Josh and his crew are really really good. I'm a local real estate agent and I've used Josh for my personal home remodel projects and I also refer him to any of my clients that need home remodel work. Josh is very dependable and does great quality work. I highly recommend Manifest Construction.

Manifest Construction did a beautiful job on our huge patio . We highly recommend them to add beautiful work to your home.

We worked on a project together, renovating a commercial site. Communication, pricing and quality of work were great. Would recommend to anyone on future projects.

I had hired Manifest Construction to do a bathroom remodel for both of my daughter’s bathrooms. Josh executed our ideas and brought them to life so quickly and efficiently. His team were quick, clean, and very informative on what was going on each day. I appreciate them coming out and Joshs quick communication each time I had a question or concern about something. I would absolutely hire Manifest Construction to do future projects with. Thank you guys!

Josh and his team did a great job updating our kitchen and baths, new floors, and all new baseboards in a very quick timeframe! We had only a few weeks to complete the work and it was done and ready for moving in! We were very happy with all that was done. It looks beautiful!

The whole Manifest team was great to work with! Josh made my vision come to life and made a stressful process easy and seamless. Communication was also top tier. Couldn't be any happier with my kitchen remodel. His team also repiped our entire house without any issues, which included a perfect repair of the damage/paint afterwards - was like nothing happened. Will definitely continue to use Manifest construction moving forward and recommend to all my family/friends.

Amazing experience!! We are referring Manifest to our family and friends.

Josh and his team did a wonderful job remodeling one of my properties on the Newport Beach peninsula. There were multiple setbacks and issues that had to be overcome and I was pleased with how they handled those items. Ultimately the renovations turned out fantastic and I was able to list the property and sell it for over market based on the quality of renovations.
