Michael is the absolute man. We were getting some pretty serious noises and were worried we were creating some real damage. Michael called back immediately, agreed to come next day (sunday), and arrived when he said he would. While he was here he generously explained what he was doing, taught my wife and I about our system, and trained me on how to do better maintenance and care. Highly reccomend.

I called Michael after having some issues going back and fourth with home insurance and my landlord. It had been 4days without hot water! Michael responded immediately, asked for a picture, and told me immediately what was wrong and his recommendation. The next day he was here, replaced our unit, and we were finally able to take warm showers. He was impressive and clearly a professional with tons of experience!
