Marteeny Construction, LLC

We have been very impressed by Marteeny Construction. They did a fantastic and detailed job of tile replacement for us. More impressively, each day of the project, they did a thorough job of cleaning up. Before beginning, they put up plastic barriers at every doorway and area open to other parts of the house. Several doorways had plastic barriers with zippers so we were able to access all the rooms that we needed. Every night, they wiped down surfaces, woodwork, stairways and walls. They worked long and hard every day, showed up when they told us they would, and finished within budget. Despite the fact that it was obvious to us that there were some unexpected conditions caused by previous work and the structure and age of the house, there were no upcharges or change orders. Overall one of the best contractors we have ever seen over our many years and many homes. We would highly recommend Marteeny Construction.

My time working with Paul & Mathew at Marteeny Construction have been outstanding. From the start Paul has been helpful in educating my wife & I on the process and helped guide us through our ideas. Mathew as well was very punctual & always immediate to assist us. Not only am I grateful to have worked with them, but I am excited to reach back out for our future projects to come!

Very professional. The price was was excellent for the job they did. I will hire them again for another project if needed.

Great job!!

Quick and Efficient. Door works fine. The guys were friendly and obviously professional. We were happy with everything. Highly recommended.

Remarkable and efficient work. The two storm doors transform our modest place into a castle! And for a modest fee. Thank you, Marteenys

Visited our house to check out the job - gave us an estimate -- Job came out fine.

Great communication. Arrived on time. Charged exactly what he said he would. A+

Excellent and professional

They are great They do excellent work. I was terrible with communication, My husband loves his walk in shower. Funny I told the contractor he would never use it. Guess I”m wrong….he is so happy

I had an exterior door that had badly warped and needed replacement. Marteeny Construction did an exemplary job: they ordered the new door and replaced everything to better than new. The fit and finish is excellent and I could not be happier with their work. As a bonus, the post installation cleanup was fantastic...no debris of any kind was left behind. From start to finish, Marteeny Construction was 5/5.

Job was done quickly and perfectly. Contractor was pleasant and cleaned up all the mess. Would definitely hire again.

We had lower bids but the professionalism and specific experience for this project was worth the extra cost! Communication excellent, on-time project work, completed as described without any surprises.

Paul was very professional and so easy to work with. He replaced my sliding glass patio door and I couldn’t be happier. Paul and his brother Matt did an amazing job. I am very pleased and would recommend Marteeny Construction to anyone that needed work done.

I'm very pleased with the work that was done, they arrived on time, they cleaned up, and hauled away the spoils, very friendly, I would highly recommend to my friends and family

They were all of the above. Very happy. Hire these guys Excellent work beginning to end

Paul was great he arrived on time and did a great job.

Paul replaced an exterior side door for us. He was always very responsive and communicative. When unforeseen issues came up he handled them quickly and professionally. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and we are very happy with the final result. Thanks, Paul!

I am very happy with the baseboard installation job Paul helped us with. Efficient, good communication, quality work! I saved his info in case I ever need something similar done. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

When asked why they did not do the kitchen they said it was not in bid. As well as not caulking a whole bedroom and bathroom.

Nice clean cuts on the trim of my sky light

Helped me with an urgent home repair project at my home in North Portland. Talked to a few contractors, but Paul gave me the best advice. Would highly recommend. Sticks to his timelines and commits and does high quality work.

Very professional

Paul showed up on time and got straight to work. He was friendly, quick and efficient. He did a great job installing my exterior door. He was even kind enough to put the blinds back up. Great customer service. I recommend their services.
