Very disappointed. I submitted an appliance repair request and was matched with a technician, but the issue was never fixed and I?m still dealing with the same broken appliance after paying for service. He repeatedly changed appointment times and never showed up when promised. For example, he said he would come Tuesday at 3 PM, then after missing that appointment, he changed it to the next morning without even checking if I was available. I?m out my hard-earned money and still have a broken appliance. I would not recommend this company.
