Beware! He is very slick. He does not finish the job, the work is very poor quality, and he drags his feet to give you your money back for work not completed. He keeps you waiting to schedule the work or will give a vague date. Chad is very slow to respond and in some instances will completely ignore your calls and text, only responded when I called him from another phone number. If anyone wants to know the entire story I have no problem explaining my experience with Chad in greater detail just too much to all what happened in the course of the last 3-4 months, because honestly for my hard-earned 10, 000 dollars the quality of work was very poor and my overall experience was heartbreaking, I truly would not want anyone else to have this experience. I would be more than willing to tell how this Chad person is and how he is operating. Please beware of him! Ask questions and make sure you go step by step, over every little thing and make him write it down or he will claim that whatever you agreed to is not on his contract therefore he wont cover he left my house half finished and what he did finish was sloppy and un-craftsmanship like, its as if he hired his people in front of for the day and did not really know if they knew how to do the job professionally or not but just enough to make a buck.. horrible!

The work was fine but why the disappearance from weeks at a time and treating us so poorly after we paid him and got the best of everything from us, that was very terrible and unfriendly.

Chad was very friendly and professional. He gave a start time. He stated that the job would take two days and it was done in two days. The workers were consistent and professional. Final project turned out great.

He is not living up to his word. He installed a detective window, said it was under warranty. It has been 8 weeks and he still has not reached out. He has been paid in full.

HRBC replaced wood shingle siding on our second floor with vinyl siding. Chad was very professional. He listened to my concerns. I wanted insulation board behind the siding and other contractors insisted that it would not make much difference in the heat loss and did not want to include it. Chad did not dismiss my request and installed insulation and wrap. He gave me a quote on the spot whereas the others took over a week and his quote was a bit lower than the others. He was helpful with his suggestions and helped me pick a color I am very happy with. Chad was present overseeing the job every day. He sent me photos as the work progressed because I had to be out of town.
