Miguel and his father did an incredible job on our kitchen renovation. They are knowledgeable about their craft but more importantly, their workmanship reflects a passion for the trade that was missing from other contractors we've met and worked with. Their suggestions and guidance are always made with the customer's best interest in mind. They are honest, trustworthy and very easy to work with. This is the second time we have hired Miguel and are super confident that we will only be calling him for our future home needs. We are so lucky to have finally found an amazing contractor and have already referred him to others.

MAS General Contractor fixed cracked and broken plaster ceiling. MAS is highly professional from start to finish. He provided an honest quote of the project along with possible options. He was patient with answering all my questions as he explained the process step by step. He was also extremely respectful of the property and the furniture by making sure all was covered. Final project turned out great.

Miguel and his team of contractors were responsive, prompt and professional for the multiple jobs I required. My project entailed repainting two large rooms, installing an audio soundbar with wires snaked behind wall, fixing two closet doors, installing blinds and curtains, patching up a small hole in our wall and touching up paint in two other rooms. They accomplished this in one day, no questions asked, at the quoted rate with no upcharge to the estimate. They also vacuumed when finished and cleaned up very well. When they were packing up to leave after working 12 hours, there was an issue with my cable television - no service. They stayed with me while I was on the line with Comcast to ensure my cable TV was working properly. Turned out it was an issue with Comcast's service and my cable box needed a complete reboot. Point is, they cared and were willing to stay late to ensure everything was working properly. From my experience, the level of service and customer care is second to none. Miguel's attention to detail, cleanliness, price and professionalism cannot be overlooked. After dealing with quite a few contractors in the past who were expensive, late, lethargic, unresponsive and unprofessional I will now call M.A.S for all of my general contracting/painting needs: both large and small.

MIGUEL SALAZAR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN CLEANING MY WINDOWS WITH GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL FOR A JOB REQUIRING LADDERING FOR HIGH WINDOWS ABOVE A PORCH ROOF ON THE SECOND STORY. I WILL REHIRE HIM FOR OTHER GENERAL CONTRACTING PURPOSES.

Miguel and his people are the best! Miguel is very reliable, proficient, trustworthy and honest. He did many, many jobs for me after my husband passed. I think my husband sent Miguel to me as he used to do everything in the house by himself; and once he was gone, I got to see all that he really did for us over the 21 years we owned our house! I thank God for Miguel every day!

Miguel was phenomenal! I needed wall built and painted to close off my loft and he came out within days of receiving my request for an estimate. He was friendly and professional. The project was completed within 2 1/2 days and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. I will definitely be using Miguel again.

"Miguel of M.A.S. was excellent!! I called for an estimate for some renovation and he returned my call promptly and scheduled a free estimate visit the following day. Within a couple of days, I received the estimate for replacing broken sash cords in 2 bedroom windows; replacing tiles in one of the bathrooms; fixing a torn screen door on the terrace deck and the big project was patching up the walk-in master bedroom closet ceiling that was damaged from a water leak from the above condo as well as repainting the whole closet. Miguel worked around my schedule on the days that someone would be home and I can't thank him enough for the prompt, professional & quick service. He completed all the ceiling patch work, painting, tile work in 1 day. When the sash cord kits were delivered he was back the next day finishing up in less than 2 hours, including the installing the fixed screen door. Effortless and headache-less experience. Miguel was very professional and detailed on the explanation of work and techniques used. I was very was pleased with the service and I highly recommend."
