DO NOT USE, BEWARE AND AVOID. Justin S. Weed and John D. Patrick of Masterwork Construction, LLC also known as Stealth Builders LLC are dishonest and do not uphold warranties. Since buying a new construction home from them in May/2019 we have had multiple issues to include electric, plumbing, drainage, roofing, HVAC (just naming a few). Masterwork Construction has not responded to our legal requests/demands to make appropriate repairs on a home that is supposed to be under warranty. They do not abide by Texas building codes, have unlicensed subcontractors working for them. Justin Weed now has a criminal record and is actively trying to build homes in the Lake Travis, Austin and Dripping Springs areas. My hope in writing this is to help someone else avoid the horrible experience we have had to endure since choosing to work with Masterwork Construction, LLC and Justin Weed and John D. Patrick Jr.

"Sarah, The home Stealth Builders built-in Spicewood is beautiful and they went above and beyond to make sure you guys were happy. They even offered to purchase the property back but you guys didn't want to sell. Stealth passed all city and bank inspections and the CO was issued. Stealth paid all moving fees and storage while the project was delayed by a few weeks."

Justin is really good at value engineering projects; he is always coming up with great ideas to create additional value. He is also great at organizing and prioritizing, and will pursue a project aggressively until it is completed.
