Experienced Certified Residential real estate appraiser. Over 20 years experience. Will travel throughout Pee Dee area and surrounding counties to take on work. Appraisal fees average $300.00 and up depending on distance and complexity. 3 day turn around from inspection to delivery of product. Inspection takes around 1 hour. I will take pictures of residence, measure outside, take photos and gather information of the inside of residence. No charge for consultation to see if i can be of service to you.
