I enthusiastically recommend Alex and Cokun Home Improvements! I hired Alex to renovate my Washington, D.C. condo, and the project exceeded my expectations in every way. The scope of work involved converting previously unused space into four new storage closets—a transformation that required both creativity and craftsmanship. Alex delivered on both counts. The finished product looks fantastic. My condo now has a level of functionality and aesthetic appeal it simply did not have before. What really set Alex apart, though, was his professionalism throughout the entire process. From the very first planning conversation to the final walkthrough, he was consistently responsive— whether by text, phone, or email. Alex and his crew also completed the project on time, even after running into some unforeseen circumstances along the way. His pricing also was very reasonable—significantly better than several other estimates I received for the same scope of work.

Alex is a great guy! I had a pocket door that didnâ t have the correct rollers. He was able to modify the roller to fit. He didnâ t give up, he fixed my problem. His price was more than fair.
