Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Max the owner is a thief. We worked with him 3 years ago and he did a great job. Wanted to hire him again. We gave him a 3k deposit. he kept delaying the project. It never got done and he refused to refund the money. We will be suing him in small claims court. Unless you want to fund his gambling addiction do not hire him.

From providing the written contract throughout fulfilling the projects therein, all was handled very professionally. The tasks included the power washing of the entire house, deck, front paver walkway, steps and small porch; replacement of the deck's lattice work and painting of the deck; resealing of the front entrance pavers; replacement of the load-bearing post on the front porch; sanding and repainting the front door and repainting of the surrounding entryway area; and replacement of three smoke/CO detectors. All the work was executed well and in a timely manner. When modifications were needed these were discussed in detail. They went the extra measure in removing metal objects too difficult for us to manage. Max and his staff person, James, were not only competent, but courteous and amiable. We will use this company again and definitely do recommend them.

Their work was exemplary and Max was more than flexible and understanding when I asked for a little more than we had originally agreed on! He left my home looking great, and cleaned up after they were done! Highly recommended!
