M & B Universal Cleaning Services

100% unprofessional. I have used them four times now and each time, the work got worse, especially this last time. I had Magda and her worker clean two places while I was out of town. The second place being significantly smaller, yet somehow she charged me a lot more. On top of that, her or her employee threw something of importance away and when I asked her about it, she stated "We don’t throw anything away”. After searching high and low, thinking I misplaced it, I went out to the trash bin and pulled out the black garbage bag (the new bag I left for her to use) they used. And guess what, it was in the trash, exactly what she said she didn't throw away. I informed her and she still denied it saying it was me. Now, I come back to my second place after a week away (she cleaned it a week ago from today that I am typing this review) and upon inspection, they didn't clean the master bathroom sink as there was still grime all over it from old toothpaste etc, the toilet still had a ring around the water (this is a second place and water sits for weeks at a time sometimes) and grime, along with stained urine down the front to the floor from my 5 year old son “missing the toilet”. They also did not mop the floor as there were still water stains from where the shower door opens and drips as well as paw prints from my dog. I provided her pictures showing all of this and her response was verbatim: “Joe we cleaned your house a week ago, please stop texting me, and also erase my number from your contacts, there is something wrong here”. Wow, how professional she is. Yes, what is wrong is I spent $330 for a piss-poor job of cleaning. I have also sent her numerous referrals, from individuals wanting their house cleaned to small businesses looking for the same. I have since let them know not to use her and showed them her reply. In my opinion, you can find way better cleaners for a lot less money. STAY AWAY FROM MAGDA AND HER COMPANY!

My first experience with this service was great: the two professionals arrived on time and did a superb cleaning of my condo very quickly. I'm planning to schedule them regularly

They did a great job. They were able to accommodate my schedule as well.

Hired on short notice. Two women showed up with everything necessary to do the job. Showed them the areas we wanted cleaned and they went to work right away and were fast, efficient, and completed everything required of them within 2 hours. They asked when they were unsure about something and were very positive and courteous.

Magda and her crew did a great job in our condo. My wife was very happy, will recommend.

I was delighted to see that I had hired a wonderful service. They furnished all supplies, This was the first time I had hired M&B but I now intend to use them twice a month. The girls were professional, hardworking, and thorough.

M & B Universtal was great! They were on time, brought their own supplies, and did an amazing job cleaning. They were also very professional and courteous.

The crew did a nice job for a regular cleaning. Magda got in touch to schedule very quickly and was very courteous and professional. One thing to note - if you need extensive cleaning above five feet and don't have a stepladder, let them know ahead of time. This was a hitch in my cleaning job.

I did not receive a receipt for the amount paid for the service. Stove was not thoroughly cleaned

Excellent job. Professional & high Quality. Would hire them again!

Magda keeps you informed about any anticipated changes. They were efficient and got the job done.

I enjoyed the pleasant, efficiient, thorough service and will hire an M & B team again.

Magda squeezed me in despite a tight schedule with the holidays, and short notice. I work from home and didn't want an all-day affair, so she sent 4 (!) ladies who whipped my 4 br house into shape in about 2 hours! Thank you, M & B!

Was able to schedule same-day service and the two maids they sent were quick, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends.

OK

We were very happy to find M&B to clean our home. Honest, reliable (came on time)and did a fabulous job! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a exceptional cleaner. Thank you again M&B-

The girls are always on time & do a great job

Magda was very polite and professional. They were in and out in about 2 hours after cleaning 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, living room and family room. All floors were washed, counters, tops of fridge, shelves, tables, etc. Bathrooms were scrubbed in showers and tub. Some dust left on the blinds and shelves around pictures, but overall very good. Would gladly use again!

I had to reclean all the cabinets and drawers after they left.

Very good service

They were very efficient and professional. The service was good.

They cleaned a Kitchen, frontroom, and a bathroom,in 1hour for 60 dollars and these rooms were small. I had clean after they left,if you want a good clean don't call these people

This is a great service, price was wonderful. They were very effecient. They missed one closet and the recessed lights, but was extremely happy with the end results. I would use them again!
