Mark remodeled our kitchen from the drywall out. He made many creative recommendations that truly made such a difference in the way our kitchen looked along with making certain we were up to code. Additionally, Mark added features that insured our new appliances would fit and connect properly saving us money in the installation and concerns with the installation. We hired Mark to remodel our bathroom. He installed new tile and all of the bathroom fixtures including a heated towel bar and also built a bench in our shower. He recommended other companies for the installation of our vanity and counter top, for one piece marble sheets in our shower and for the shower door. We are extremely satisfied with the beautiful work done by everyone. Our bathroom never looked so good! Mark is a very meticulous person, and we previously hired him to remodel our other bathroom as well as install hardwood flooring throughout our house. These were major projects, and all work was done with the highest level of craftsmanship and professionalism. Mark does not take shortcuts and will make sure the job is done right the first time. In large projects, it is inevitable that problems will arise to test your patience. In these situations, having the wrong contractor will just add to your stress. The repairs consisted of replacing/ repairing/ finishing drywall and replacing a rotted fascia board and drooping ceiling on outside overhang.

Mark was very professional - showed up when he said he was going to and even when he fell a little behind he was willing to come in for a few extra hours to make sure things stayed on track. He also made sure to clean up whatever he could after the work was all done. My husband and I are very happy with the timing of the project (support wall taken down, vents moved and support header put up) as well as the very competitive fair price. Workers came with a great attitude and good work ethic. I would definitely use M&C again. I have already referred them to a friend of mine.

We hired Mark to fix some some doors that were not closing properly and repair dry wall cracks at our office in Schaumburg due to settling. Mark came out to our location promptly and provided me with a clear explaination of what needed to be done. We work was done according to accomodate our schedule as much as possible and was done well. I was pleased with the results in our office that I also hired M&C to do repairs at our home in Hoffman Estates. I find Mark very profession and will get the job done in the time promised at a reasonable price. I would recommend M&C to others.

An excellent contractor. In order to keep the drywall dust to a minimum, they constructed temporary plastic walls to accomodate my health condition. They were easy to work with and cleaned up at the end of every day. The cost was fair and the work was completed in a reasonable time. I have some more projects in the future and I will hire them again.

Mark did a wounderful job

Mark did a great job installing a doggie door in an outside wall of my home. Also installed a swing arm for my flat screen TV. With the swing arm, Mark selected the best product for my needs and brought it to my home so I didn't have to shop around. What a lifesaver!!! Mark also installed 2 outside motion sensor lights. Mark did a great job on all projects and left my house exactly as it was before he started. I would definately recommend him. His prices were also very reasonable!
