$900
Paid a large sum to fix the problem. They replaced most of the components and we still had the problem. They charged us even more to come back and fix the part they had not addressed. My husband had to advise them that they had put the wrong regulator on the new pump that they installed. We felt they should have known the correct equipment for our particular system up front. This exposed the equipment to additional damage and made the bill very large. Then they tried to up charge more money than was authorized and charged tax on the labor. By law tax cannot be applied to labor. However, the problem is finally fixed, we hope!
